OMG, I had such a scary moment yesterday while I was shopping. Look at that!
Ich habe Euch hier gar nicht erzählt, dass ich im Dezember Besuch von einer örtlichen Zeitschrift hatte. Ich hatte es glaube ich nur einmal kurz auf Facebook erwähnt.
I had not mentioned here, that I was visited by a local magazine in december. I think I only wrote a short notice on facebook.
Ich hatte gar nicht mehr daran gedacht, da ich im Moment sehr mit Renovierungsarbeiten beschäftigt bin. Ich streiche das Zimmer meiner Tochter und als ob das nicht genug wäre, räume ich gleichzeitig noch mein Atelier von links nach rechts und beklebe einen meiner Arbeitstische mit Marmorsteinen und habe im ganzen Haus etwas Chaos. Aber davon wollte ich eigentlich später berichten.
I had not even thought about it, because I am currently very busy with renovations. I paint my daughter's room and as if that were not enough, yet at the same time I arrange my studio from left to right and glue some marble stones on one of my worktables and have some chaos in the house. But I wanted to tell you later about that.
Na ja, jedenfalls fiel mir die Sache mit der Presse beim Einkaufen wieder ein, als ich die "Mokka" dort liegen sah und ich dachte ich seh nicht recht, denn dass mein Bild auf der Titelseite erscheinen sollte, wußte ich gar nicht. Könnt ihr Euch diese Schrecksekunde vorstellen? Ich habe die Zeitschrift erst einmal umgedreht und geguckt ob keiner guckt. Zuhause habe ich dann erst einmal den Artikel gelesen, denn den kannte ich auch noch nicht. Ich fand das sehr aufregend.
Well, at least I remembered again the thing with the press when I saw the magazine lying at a grocery store and I thought I cannot see right, because I did not know, that my image should appear on the front page. Can you imagine this scary moment? First, I turned the magazine and looked, if no one is watching. Once at home, I first read the article, because it was a surprise for me, too. I had not read it before. It was very exciting.
